My name is Matthew Tauber, and I like to build stuff for the internet. I've worked on digital products across start-up, agency, and enterprise environments where I had the privilege to work alongside incredibly talented designers, developers, and product managers who've pushed my standards for what makes a truly great software solution.
As an engineer who finds beauty in both clean code and minimalistic hardware, I'm driven to create digital solutions that solve real human problems while being both elegant and functional. Whether I'm architecting a full-stack application or prototyping hardware products, I believe great technology should feel effortless to use.
When I'm not deep in code, you'll usually find me out on the water doing what I love most - boating, fishing, or just about any watersport that gets me on a lake or ocean. I'm also passionate about tinkering with hardware projects and weekend renovations, finding the same creative satisfaction in building physical things as I do in writing software.
Staying active keeps me energized and thinking clearly, whether that's hitting the gym, playing pickleball, nature walks, or trying out whatever new activity catches my interest. There's something about physical challenges that translates perfectly to problem-solving in development - both require persistence, creativity, and the willingness to iterate until you get it right.
